FIB UNDIP- Diponegoro University officially announced the schedule for the 181st Graduation Ceremony which will be held in February 2026.
The information is stated in the notification letter number 1294/UN7. A/TU/XII/2025 dated December 30, 2025 which is addressed to all deans of faculties and schools in Diponegoro University, including the Faculty of Humanites (FIB Undip).
This information is of special concern for students of the Faculty of Humanites (FIB) Undip who will attend the graduation period of February 2026, especially regarding the graduation verification deadline and the closure of the online graduation registration system.
Through the announcement, Undip emphasized that all stages of graduation administration must be fulfilled according to the schedule that has been set so that students can be recorded as participants in the 181st graduation.
Graduation Period until December 31, 2025
Students who can participate in the 181st graduation are those who are declared to graduate in the period of October 1 to December 31, 2025. This period became the main reference for determining candidates for graduates in all faculties, including the Faculty of Humanites of Undip.
Therefore, students are urged to ensure that the entire academic process, from the completion of final assignments to judicial administration, has been completed on time.
The Deadline for the Judiciary is December 31, 2025
One of the crucial stages is the judiciary. Based on the official schedule, the deadline for the implementation of the judicium for students who will participate in the 181st graduation is December 31, 2025. Students who have not completed the judicial period until that date cannot be included in the graduation process of this period.
FIB Undip reminds students to actively coordinate with study programs and academic sections so that the judicial process runs smoothly without administrative obstacles.
Graduation Verification Closed on January 2, 2026
After the judiciary, the next step is graduation verification. Undip set the deadline for the graduation verification of the 181st graduation participants on January 2, 2026. At this stage, student graduation data will be verified and drawn as the basis for the issuance of the Chancellor’s Decree on the determination of graduates.
The accuracy and completeness of the data is important, so that students are expected to ensure that all academic information entered is correct and appropriate.
Online Graduation Registration Ends January 5, 2026
The last step that is no less important is the online graduation registration. The online graduation system will be closed on January 5, 2026. After that date, no more data changes can be made, and the entire graduation administration process is considered complete.
All forms of changes after closing the system can only be done through the Academic Directorate according to the applicable provisions.
