FIB UNDIP – In order to support the needs of the academic community during the holy month of Ramadan 2026, Diponegoro University officially announced the adjustment of quotas and schedules for the distribution of free nutritious food or food truck services in the campus environment.
This policy is effective from February 19, 2026 and is adjusted to student activities and operational conditions during Ramadan. For the academic community, including students of the Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University, this information is important to pay attention to so as not to miss the collection schedule.
Location Adjustment and Collection Quota
During Ramadan, free nutritious food distribution service is available at several points of the campus with different quotas in each location. The following are the pick-up points that can be used by the academic community:
- SA-MWA Building Parking Yard – quota of 300 portions (Monday–Thursday)
- Joglo Student Center – quota of 300 servings (Monday-Thursday) and 1,100 portions for Friday
- Pendopo Faculty of Science and Mathematics – quota of 300 portions (Monday-Thursday)
- Imam Bardjo S.H. Auditorium Pleburan – quota of 200 servings (Monday–Thursday)
This quota adjustment is expected to distribute services more evenly and efficiently, especially when campus activities continue in the midst of Ramadan.
Ticket and Food Picking Time Changes
Not only quota, UNDIP also adjusts the time of ticket collection and food truck services. This schedule change is made to be more in line with the rhythm of daily activities during the fasting month.
The latest schedule is as follows:
Ticket collection
From 10.00 Western Indonesia Time → to 13.00 Western Indonesia Time
Food truck pickup
From 11.00–12.00 Western Indonesia Time → becomes at 15.00–16.30 Western Indonesia Time
With this change, the academic community has a more flexible time to take food before iftar time.
Campus Support for Student Welfare
The free nutritious food distribution program is a form of campus concern for the welfare of students, especially during Ramadan. In addition to helping to fulfill nutritional needs, this program is also a form of togetherness and social care in the campus environment.
For FIB UNDIP students, this service is certainly a real support so that academic activities continue to run smoothly even though they are fasting.
Appeal for Civitas Akademika
Students and the entire academic community are urged to pay attention to the latest schedule and pick-up locations according to the regulations. Because the quota is limited at every point, time discipline is the key so that the service can be used optimally.
This policy can also change at any time to adjust the conditions in the field, so it is important to always follow the official information from the university.
With this adjustment, UNDIP hopes that the Ramadan atmosphere in the campus environment will remain comfortable, orderly, and full of the spirit of togetherness.
