Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University (FIB Undip), has successfully conducted the selection of delegates for the National University Debating Championship (NUDC) and the Indonesian Student Debate Competition (KDMI) 2025. The event took place over two days, from Wednesday to Thursday, March 5–6, 2025, at the Multipurpose Hall, FIB Undip.

This selection process was organized by the Student Executive Board (BEM) of FIB Undip as part of its commitment to supporting students with exceptional debating skills. The selected delegates will represent the faculty in national-level debate competitions.

Strict Selection Process Using the British Parliamentary System

During the selection, participants were tested through the British Parliamentary debate format, which required them to engage in argumentative battles in four teams per debate session. This system challenged their ability to think critically, present rhetoric effectively, and demonstrate a deep understanding of social, political, and cultural issues.

The competition was fierce, with participants showcasing their best performances in delivering arguments and defending their viewpoints. After a series of competitive debates, the top delegates were chosen to represent FIB Undip in NUDC and KDMI 2025.
