Diponegoro University (UNDIP) once again offers a golden opportunity for outstanding students from across Indonesia through the Outstanding Achievers Selection Pathway (SBUB) for the 2025/2026 Academic Year. This pathway is open to prospective Bachelor’s (S1) and Vocational/Applied Bachelor’s students with exceptional achievements in either academic or non-academic fields.
What is UNDIP’s SBUB Pathway?
SBUB is a student admission selection pathway at UNDIP that uses a combination of portfolio, practical tests, and interviews. It is specifically designed for students who have earned notable achievements at the provincial, national, or international levels.
Who Can Apply?
This pathway is open to:
- Students graduating in 2025 from SMA/MA/SMK/MAK (high school equivalents).
- Students with a minimum average report card grade of 70 per semester (on a 100-point scale).
How to Apply?
Here are the steps for registration:
- Create a registration account using your email on the official SBUB UNDIP website.
- Choose SBUB as your selection pathway.
- Pay the registration fee of Rp250,000 via designated banks (BNI, BRI, BTN, Mandiri, BSI, or Bank Jateng).
- Upload required documents such as achievement certificates, report cards, and other supporting documents.
- Check the results of the administrative selection (Stage 1).
- If you pass, proceed to Stage 2 selection, which includes practical tests/interviews.
Required Documents to Upload:
- Recent colored passport photo (4×6 cm)
- School-issued certificate confirming 12th-grade enrollment
- Original report cards for semesters 1–5 (officially legalized)
- Main achievement certificate
- Supporting achievement certificates (if any)

Recognized Competition Categories:
- International Level: 1st–3rd place
- National Level: 1st–3rd place
- Provincial Level: 1st place only
Achievements must come from competitions organized by:
- Ministries or official institutions,
- Government bodies in science and technology, or
- National sports organizations recognized by the government.
All certificates submitted must have official legalization from the organizing institution.
2025 SBUB UNDIP Timeline:
- Online Registration: February 18 – May 5, 2025
- Stage 1 Announcement: May 8, 2025
- Stage 2 Selection (Test/Interview): May 17 – 22, 2025
- Final Announcement: June 5, 2025
