FIB UNDIP – Diponegoro University once again shows its commitment in accompanying students until the post-campus stage. Through the Student Career Development Office (KPKM) under the Directorate of Student Affairs and Alumni, UNDIP held a briefing activity for Prospective Graduates of Diponegoro University Period 181 entitled RISE (Ready, Inspired, Skilled, Empowered).
This activity is designed as a comprehensive briefing for prospective graduates to be more prepared, confident, and adaptive in facing the dynamic world of work.
Held on January 29, 2026 at Muladi Dome UNDIP
The RISE program is scheduled to take place on Thursday, January 29, 2026, starting at 07.30 to 14.30 Western Indonesia Time, at the Muladi Dome Building of Diponegoro University. This activity is packaged in an intensive and applicative one-day career coaching format.
Through this activity, prospective graduates are expected to not only understand the career direction, but also have mental readiness and skills that are relevant to the needs of the current industry.
Talkshow and Career Coaching with Practitioners
One of the main agendas in the RISE program is a talk show and reality check session with industry mentors. Participants will get direct insight from practitioners, including HRD Coca-Cola Indonesia as well as experts from the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/BPN.
Through this session, students are invited to see the reality of the world of work more closely, starting from industry needs, professional challenges, to competencies that need to be prepared from an early age.
Four RISE Stations: Ready to Grow and Develop
The RISE program is arranged in four main stations that are integrated with each other. Each station is designed to equip participants from various aspects of career readiness.
Station Ready focuses on self-identification, career direction, and understanding personal values and strengths. Station Inspired invites participants to find the meaning behind career choices through reflection on life experiences, organization, and learning during college.
Station Skilled focuses on strengthening personal branding, professional communication, and readiness to appear convincingly in the world of work. Meanwhile, Station Empowered equips participants with mental readiness, adaptation strategies, and endurance in facing the dynamics of the work environment.
Preparations that Participants Need to Bring
In order for the briefing to run optimally, participants are required to bring a number of documents and supporting materials, such as CV and the latest portfolio, a summary of organizational or internship experience, an active LinkedIn account, and personal reflection notes related to academic and non-academic experiences.
This preparation becomes an important part of the coaching process so that participants can immediately practice the material obtained.
UNDIP Support for Students, Including FIB UNDIP
The RISE program is a real proof of UNDIP’s support, including for students of the Faculty of Humanities (FIB UNDIP), in preparing the transition from the academic world to the professional world. This provision is expected to be able to produce graduates who are not only academically superior, but also ready to contribute concretely in society.
Through this activity, UNDIP emphasizes its role as a campus that not only produces bachelors, but also accompanies students towards a meaningful future.
