FIB UNDIP –Â Good news for all students of the Faculty of Humanities of Diponegoro University (FIB Undip) who have completed their studies. The campus officially opens registration for the III Graduation in 2026 (the 183rd Undip). This graduation ceremony is scheduled to take place from July 27 to July 31, 2026.
This period is reserved for students who are declared to graduate between April 1 and June 30, 2026 (based on the date of SKL). Keep in mind, make sure you register according to the graduation period so that you can experience the sacred moment of the graduation procession at Muladi Dome.
Important Flow and Registration File
For a smooth graduation process, you are required to complete the verification of graduate data through the SIAP SSO online system no later than July 3, 2026. Some important documents that must be prepared include:
- Fill in SKPI data and verify diploma data online at SIAP SSO.
- Fill out the alumni data form on the official page of FIB Undip.
- Submit a photocopy of KTP, KTM, last education diploma, as well as a transcript of the best grades that have been anitized by the Head of Education.
- Attach the final assignment approval page (Thesis/Thesis/Master).
Photo Rules for Diploma and Ceremony
Students are required to collect 4 sheets of 3×4 photos (black and white) for academic transcripts, by writing their name and NIM using a pencil on the back.
- Diploma Photo: With a light gray background, wearing a shirt/blouse, alma mater suit, without sunglasses. Male graduates are required to wear a black tie, while female graduates who wear hijab wear a black hijab.
- Photo Shown: Red background with the same clothing provisions, but for those who wear hijab are free to choose colors other than red.
- The collection of physical files directly (offline) in the faculty is served from June 4 to July 3, 2026. The deadline for receiving files via post also falls on July 3, 2026.
