FIB UNDIP – Important news for prospective graduates of the Faculty of Cultural Studies, Diponegoro University! Diponegoro University officially announced the opening of the registration for the IV Graduation Year 2026 (184th). The graduation ceremony is planned to take place on October 27–30, 2026.
This registration is intended for students who are declared graduated (according to the date on the Graduation Certificate/SKL) in the period of July 1 to September 30, 2026. Students are urged to pay attention to every deadline and file requirements so that the registration process runs smoothly.
Graduation Administration Flow and Requirements
To register, prospective graduates must complete several stages of data filling and verifying the following online system:
- Filling SKPI: Fill in the data of the Certificate Accompanying Diploma (SKPI) online through the SIAP SSO portal.
- Diploma Verification: Check and verify diploma data independently on the online graduation system.
- Alumni Data: Fill in the alumni data form accessed through the official website of FIB UNDIP http://fib.undip.ac.id/id/download/kategori/akademik
- SIAP SSO Verification: Upload and print proof of graduation verification from SIAP SSO, then sign the applicant’s signature.
Passport Photo Requirements (Degree and Impression)
Prospective graduates must collect a physical passport photo to the faculty and upload it to the Graduation application. Photos are collected in physical form size 3 x 4 (black and white) as many as 4 sheets for Academic Transcript, by writing Name and NIM using a pencil on the back.
Fashion rules and photo formats are divided into two categories:
Photo for Diploma (Black and White, Light Grey Background):
- Male: Wearing a shirt, alma mater suit, black tie, facing straight ahead, without sunglasses, and without a hat/peci/head accessories.
- Female: Wearing a shirt/blouse, alma mater suit, without a tie, facing straight forward, and without sunglasses. For those who wear hijab, it is mandatory to wear a black hijab.
Photo for Ceremony Show (Colored, Red Background):
- Boy: Wearing a shirt, alma mater suit, and a black tie.
- Putri: Wearing a shirt/blouse and an alma mater suit. For those who wear hijab, it is allowed to use a free-colored hijab (except red).
Physical Files that Must be Submitted to the Faculty
In addition to online system registration, students must submit physical documents to the Faculty of Cultural Studies:
- Passport photo according to the regulations (4 sheets size 3×4 black and white).
- 1 photocopy of SMU Diploma (for S1 graduates), S1 Diploma (for S2 graduates), or S2 Diploma (for S3 graduates).
- Best Grade Transcript / Transcript that lists the score
- Thesis/Comprehensive/Thesis/Final Assignment that has been initiated by the Head of the Study Program or Administrator.
- Thesis/Thesis/Final Assignment Confirmation Page.
- Photocopy of ID Card.
- Proof of graduation verification from SIAP SSO that has been signed.
Graduation Period Provisions and Graduation Fees
The faculty emphasized that students should register according to their graduation period. Graduates before July 1, 2026 are not allowed to register during this period and cannot participate in the graduation ceremony procession at Muladi Dome.
Related to financing:
- S2 & S3 Program: Subject to a graduation fee of Rp250,000,- paid through Virtual Account (VA) Bank Mandiri 8855115012110112 (proof of payment must be attached).
- UKT System Users: Students who have used UKT system payments are not subject to graduation fees.

Record Important Dates!
In order not to miss it, pay attention to the following submission and verification deadlines:
- SIAP SSO Verification Deadline: October 5, 2026.
- Physical File Collection at the Faculty: Served offline from Wednesday, September 9, 2026 until Monday, October 5, 2026.
- Delivery via Post: Registration files sent via expedition/postal services will be received by the faculty at the latest on Monday, October 5, 2026.
