FIB UNDIP – The long journey in college finally reached the long-awaited estuary. The Faculty of Cultural Studies of Diponegoro University (FIB Undip) successfully held the Tasyakuran Wisudawan Period II 2026 event on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Held at the Multipurpose Building (GSG) FIB Undip, this event becomes a reflection space as well as a celebration for 65 prospective graduates before they step into the professional world.
The day before, the fighters of this title had participated in the official confirmation procession at the Muladi Dome Undip Building. However, this event at the faculty level feels more intimate and full of warmth from the big family of “Campus Budaya”.
A Series of Events that Take Place Solemnly
The morning atmosphere at GSG FIB felt martyred when the national anthem of Indonesia Raya resounded, followed by Hymne and Mars FIB Undip. The event was officially opened by the Head of the Academic Senate of FIB Undip, Dr. Haryono Rinardi, M.Hum.
In his report, the Vice Dean of Academics and Student Affairs, Eta Farmacelia Nurulhady, S.S., M.Hum., M.A., Ph.D., explained the academic achievements of the graduates in this period. He gave an overview of the graduation process and pride in the toughness of the students in completing their studies with proud quality.
The Voice of the Graduate and the Dean’s Message
Representing his fellow fighters, Evi from the Indonesian Literature Study Program delivered a touching speech. He left a message for all FIB Undip graduates to not only bring diplomas, but also the human values that have been learned on campus to be applied in the community.
Gaung greets, Dean of FIB Undip, Prof. Dr. Alamsyah, M.Hum., in his speech gave the highest appreciation for the hard work of the graduates. He emphasized that as a “Cultural Person”, FIB Undip alumni must be adaptive, critical, and able to make a real contribution to the nation.
Appreciation for the Best Graduates
The most anticipated moment is the congratulations for the graduates with the Cumlaude predicate. One by one, the graduates came forward to be greeted directly by the Dean of FIB Undip accompanied by the leaders of their respective study programs. Not only that, the award is also given to graduates with the predicate “Very Satisfying” as a form of recognition for their achievements.
The excitement of the event was even more complete with the presentation of melodious voices from the Gita Bahana Arisatya Student Choir who performed inspirational songs as a farewell gift for their seniors.
Prayer of Gratitude and New Hope
The event closed with a solemn thanksgiving prayer, asking for blessings for the new steps that the graduates will take. This Tasyakuran was also attended by Professors, academic supervisors, lecturers, educational personnel, and the FIB Undip Public Relations Team who have been accompanying the student learning process.
