FIB UNDIP – The atmosphere of the Crop Circle area and the Multipurpose Building of the Faculty of Cultural Studies (FIB) of Diponegoro University suddenly turned lively on Friday, May 22, 2026. Students of the Japanese Language and Culture Study Program class of 2023 successfully held their annual festival entitled ICHIBAFEST 2026.
This fresh Japanese event was officially opened at 09.00 Western Indonesia Time by Budi Mulyadi, S.Pd., M.Hum., as a representative of the study program lecturer. With a creative concept, this festival managed to attract the attention of visitors.
Hunting for Typical Culinary to the Fun of Karaoke
Carrying the main theme “Food & Crafts”, ICHBAFEST 2026 presents various unique culinary booths made by students. Visitors can taste various delicious snacks, from food to fresh drinks that are immediately invaded by buyers.
Not only a matter of the stomach, this festival is also a place for students to show their unique handicraft creativity (crafts). The excitement of the event is even more broken thanks to the free karaoke session facility. Anyone who comes is free to sing their favorite song on the open stage, creating an interactive festival atmosphere and full of laughter.
Great Success thanks to the Hard Work of the Team
The hard work of the BKJ committee of the class of 2023 paid off with the large number of visitors who crowded the location. This festival, which is open for free to the public, not only succeeds in becoming a means of entertainment, but also becomes a real entrepreneurship practice space for students.
