FIB UNDIP – After successfully opening The 4th International Conference on Culture and Sustainable Development (ICOCAS 2026) on the first day, the Faculty of Humanities of Diponegoro University (FIB Undip) continued a series of events on the second day, Wednesday (8/5/2026). The focus of the agenda this time is centered on the implementation of Parallel Sessions which take place interactively and are full of dynamic scientific discussions.

This parallel presentation session becomes a forum for academics, researchers, and students to present their latest research results that focuses on the relationship between cultures, environmental sustainability, and community resilience.

Cross-Issue Discussion in 3 Main Sessions

Parallel Session ICOCAS 2026 is divided into three sessions throughout the day:

  1. Parallel Session 1 (08.00–10.00 Western Indonesia Time)
  2. Parallel Session 2 (10.00–12.00 Western Indonesia Time)
  3. Parallel Session 3 (13.00–15.00 Western Indonesia Time)

The entire presentation room is filled with the enthusiasm of participants who exchange views, provide analytical input, to open up opportunities for research collaboration between institutions in the future.

Towards a Reputable International Publication

Not only being a means of presentation and discussion, this ICOCAS 2026 Parallel Session is also the initial gateway for the selection of reputable scientific works. The best articles presented and passed the review stage will be published in the international proceedings of the IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science.

Through the completion of this second day’s agenda, FIB UNDIP once again proves its role as the main driver in connecting humanities academic thinking with solutions to the global ecological crisis.
